SciTechU is an instructional resource for teachers.  As teachers, I feel we need to be more open and share our ideas and resources – so collectively we can lift our own teaching.  This blog is my attempt to walk the walk as well as talk the talk.

The concept behind the name “SciTechU” is twofold.

1. Science Technology “University” -  current research in science and technology education so educators can integrate it into their teaching practices now

2. Science and Technology for You – providing information in a manageable format to promote science and technology (and other subjects too!) to educators in all areas and disciplines

The force behind SciTechU is Jessica Harris, an elementary educator, business owner of a company that specializes in science kits, and science education graduate student.
